Learning While Doing

The Working Artists Gallery in Hackensack offers a unique combination of experiences. You can take art classes, learn from other artists, and display your work—all in one gallery located at the back of the Book Nook in downtown Hackensack.

The gallery, in its fourth year, is open through September. Members work in a variety of media, including painting and drawing with oils, acrylics, colored pencils, and pastels, even basket weaving. The goal is to bring artists together to work and share ideas.
